When TACTIC first met with CFMG Capital, their founders expressed that thanks to their rapid growth, they had outgrown their space in Fortitude Valley and were looking to find their next home. For the CFMG Capital team, it was important that this space represented their long-standing cultural values, as well as their deep affinity to Brisbane.

With that in mind, the TACTIC team went to market to source a heritage-listed space in 138 Mary Street, which was built in 1901 as Brisbane’s very first brewery. Once secured, TACTIC’s design, furniture and construction teams worked with CFMG Capital to design and deliver this exquisite fitout. A fitout that championed the building’s heritage and a space that was completely aligned with CFMG’s amazing company culture.
