Bentleys is a leading network of advisory and accounting firms with over 700 professionals and 80 partners across 18 locations in Australia and New Zealand. When it came time to establish a new, world-class Brisbane headquarters, Bentleys partnered with TACTIC to deliver a seamless, end-to-end solution.
The journey began with our Workplace Strategy & Design team, who worked closely with Bentleys to uncover their unique cultural drivers and spatial needs. From there, our Occupier Advisory team executed a competitive market process, negotiating with multiple premium landlords to secure an outstanding 2,400sqm lease in Riparian Plaza – setting a new benchmark deal for the precinct.
Our Fitout Delivery team then developed a high-performance workplace environment that balanced budget parameters with a clear focus on productivity, brand experience and client interaction. They then delivered the built form environment through a fixed-price model, completing the project 20% more cost-effectively than comparable national benchmarks and in 20% less time – a testament to the power of our integrated delivery model.
